النشرة البريدية
نستخدم بريدك الإلكتروني وموافقتك لإرسال النشرة التي اشتركت فيها حول استراتيجيات التسويق وبناء العلامات التجارية واستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في التصميم. يتم الاشتراك بعد الضغط على رابط التأكيد المرسل إلى بريدك. يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت من الرابط الموجود في كل نشرة أو بمراسلتنا.
تُحفظ بيانات الاشتراك والموافقة في حساب Hossam Salah المستقل لدى Brevo، مقدم خدمة إدارة النشرة وإرسال البريد. قد تتضمن سجلات الخدمة بيانات تقنية عن إرسال الرسائل وتسليمها وتأكيد الاشتراك والتفاعل معها، مثل التوقيت وعنوان IP. نستخدم هذه السجلات لتشغيل النشرة والتحقق من الموافقة وحل مشكلات التسليم.
الحجز والتواصل
نستخدم الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم WhatsApp لترتيب الاجتماع والتواصل بشأنه. تُحفظ بيانات الحجز في نظام FluentBooking على الموقع المستضاف لدى Hostinger. يرسل حسام رابط Google Meet يدويًا إلى رقم WhatsApp الذي تقدمه بعد تأكيد الموعد.
تحليلات استخدام الموقع
نستخدم Google Analytics 4 لقياس زيارات الموقع والتفاعل مع صفحاته بهدف فهم استخدام الموقع وتحسين المحتوى وتجربة الزائر. قد يشمل ذلك الصفحات التي تزورها، والتفاعلات، ونوع الجهاز والمتصفح، وبيانات الموقع الجغرافي التقريبية. يستخدم Analytics ملفات تعريف ارتباط ومعرّفات تقنية، وتعالج Google بيانات القياس لتقديم الخدمة. للاطلاع على كيفية استخدام Google للبيانات، راجع إرشادات Google للخصوصية. للاستفسار عن استخدام البيانات، تواصل عبر me@hossamisalah.com.
حفظ البيانات وطلب الحذف
نحتفظ بالبيانات اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة التي طلبتها وإدارة اشتراكك أو حجزك، وبسجلات التشغيل والموافقة ذات الصلة. يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عبر البريد المذكور أعلاه. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدم بيانات الحجز لإضافتك إلى النشرة دون موافقة منفصلة.
الصور والروابط الخارجية
تُعرض تقييمات العملاء مع إخفاء البيانات الشخصية عند الحاجة. إذا انتقلت إلى خدمة خارجية مثل WhatsApp أو منصات التواصل، تسري سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك الخدمة على استخدامها.

Newsletter
We use your email address and consent to send the newsletter you requested about marketing strategy, building brands, and using AI in design. Your subscription is confirmed only after you click the confirmation link sent to your email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each newsletter or by contacting us.
Subscription and consent information is stored in the independent Hossam Salah account at Brevo, our email delivery and newsletter service provider. Service logs may include technical information about sending, delivery, subscription confirmation, and interaction, such as timestamps and IP addresses. We use these records to operate the newsletter, verify consent, and investigate delivery issues.
Booking and contact
We use your name, email address, and WhatsApp number to arrange and discuss your meeting. Booking information is stored in FluentBooking on this website, hosted by Hostinger. Hossam sends your Google Meet link manually to the WhatsApp number you provide after confirming the meeting.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure website visits and interactions with our pages, understand how the website is used, and improve its content and visitor experience. This may include pages visited, interactions, device and browser information, and approximate location. Analytics uses cookies and technical identifiers, and Google processes measurement data to provide the service. To learn how Google uses data, see Google’s privacy information. Retention and deletion
We keep information needed to provide the service you requested and manage your subscription or booking, together with relevant operational and consent records. You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the email address above. We do not sell your data, and booking information is not used to subscribe you to the newsletter without separate consent.
Images and external links
Client reviews are displayed with personal information removed where needed. If you visit an external service such as WhatsApp or a social platform, that service’s own privacy policy applies to your use of it.
